The self-hosted clinical infrastructure platform I’m building for North Branch Health — designed, documented, and deployed in stages. Running today: replicated virtualization with encrypted on- and off-site backup, single sign-on, secure document workflows, and automated clinical-document intake — including forms and archaic-but-required media like faxes — with HIPAA compliance and monthly disaster-recovery drills built in rather than bolted on. VoIP telephony is next.

Mapping the failure modes of human reasoning into structured, testable taxonomies is the same discipline as building evaluation rubrics for AI systems. Incognati’s design principles — determinism over convenience, transparency over cleverness, no silent defaults — are the ones I bring to clinical AI safety work.
